All returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt and will only be accepted within 30 days of the date of authorization. All returns require a return authorization number (RA #) received from corporate office. |

Unauthorized returns will be refused by the warehouse and no credit will be given. |

No returns on used or in-store damaged goods. Any discrepancy in quantities shipped must be reported within 5 days upon receipt of goods. |

There is a $25.00 service fee for all bounced checks. |

All refused shipments will result in 25% restocking or reshipping charges and all future orders will be held until payment is made. |
